FlywayFreight offers national and international delivery and freight forwarding services. We act as an intermediary between customers and logistics providers to facilitate the shipment of packages and cargo.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

Pricing and Payment

Delivery Times

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The package has not been picked up or processed.

  • A shipping label was purchased in error and the order was canceled prior to dispatch.

  • The shipment was delayed or lost due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address information.

  • Delays caused by customs or border clearance.

  • Items returned due to recipient unavailability or refusal.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support at info@flywayfreight.com within 7 business days of your scheduled delivery date. Include your order number and a detailed explanation.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.


3. Return Policy

Return Conditions

Ship LUX does not operate as a retailer. However, we support the return shipping process in coordination with the original sender. Returns are accepted only:

  • If initiated by the original sender.

  • If the goods are eligible under the original seller’s return policy.

  • If the return is initiated within the agreed-upon return window.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Properly packaging the item for return shipping.

  • Affixing the correct return label provided by the seller or FlywayFreight.

  • Dropping off the package at the specified location (or being available for pickup).

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. FlywayFreight does not cover or reimburse these costs unless it is a result of our operational error.
