These Terms & Conditions govern the use of logistics services provided by Ship LUX. By booking, shipping, or otherwise engaging our services, the client agrees to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all modes of transport: air, sea, and land.
2. Scope of Services
Ship LUX offers freight forwarding, cargo handling, customs clearance assistance, documentation, warehousing, and related logistics services across domestic and international routes. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and regulatory constraints.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate shipment details, including dimensions, weight, value, and contents.
Ensure all goods are properly packed and labeled for transport.
Submit complete and accurate documentation required for customs and regulatory compliance.
Comply with local and international trade laws, including sanctions and export controls.
Make full and timely payment for services rendered.
Flyway Freight is not responsible for errors, delays, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are confirmed once all required documents and payment (or agreement to pay) are received.
Cancellations made before shipment dispatch may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on services already performed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after pickup or once the cargo is in transit.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are based on the current rates and conditions at the time of quotation and are subject to change due to fuel costs, currency fluctuations, surcharges, or regulatory changes.
Payment terms must be agreed upon before shipment. Late payments may result in delays, interest charges, or withholding of further services.
Additional charges (e.g., duties, taxes, storage fees) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.
6. Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Flyway Freight is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather events
Customs inspections
Strikes, port congestion, or carrier disruptions
Client-side errors or incomplete documentation
We will keep clients informed of any major disruptions and provide alternative solutions where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ship LUX’s liability is limited by applicable laws and international conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention, Hague-Visby Rules, CMR). We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Delays due to third parties
Damage caused by inadequate packaging or prohibited items
Cargo insurance is available upon request and is recommended for high-value shipments.
8. Claims & Disputes
Claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Claims must include the shipment number, description of damage/loss, and supporting documents (e.g., photos, invoices).
All claims will be investigated promptly. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated or resolved through legal arbitration.
9. Prohibited Goods
The following items are not accepted for transport:
Illegal substances or contraband
Firearms or explosives (unless licensed and pre-approved)
Hazardous materials (unless properly declared and approved)
Perishable goods (unless special handling is arranged)
Counterfeit or pirated products
Flyway Freight reserves the right to refuse, hold, or dispose of prohibited goods without liability.
10. Customs & Regulatory Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with the laws and import/export regulations of origin and destination countries.
Flyway Freight may assist in documentation and clearance but is not liable for customs fines, penalties, or shipment seizures resulting from client errors or non-compliance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction/Country]. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
